Marathon Program Specifics
- $200 for complete program
- Our partnership program includes over $300 in merchandise savings
- Program begins: May 31, 2010
- Group workouts Monday thru Thursday 5:30-7:30am
- Long run workouts every other Saturday’s 5:30-8:30am (duration depends on the distance needed that week)
Group Workouts Include
- AEM Coach to supervise your intensity levels, biomechanics and nutritional approach within each workout
- Directional signs throughout EVERY run
Hammer Nutrition Aid Stations/on long runs include
- Iced cold HEED (Orange and Lemon Lime)
- Hammer Gel (Various Flavors)
Post run
